A: We provide professional mobile bartending services for events of all sizes, including weddings, corporate events, private parties, and more. Our services include custom drink menus, sourcing components for cocktails, trained/certified bartending staff, and all necessary bar equipment. We assist you with all the bar logistics of your event, from start to finish.
Q2: Does Spirited Socials Provide the Alcohol, or Does the Client Need to Supply it?
A: Spirited Socials, LLC (DBA Spirited Socials) does not carry a Liquor License, therefore all purchasing of alcohol must be handled prior to the event. We can assist with recommendations on quantities and types of alcohol based on your event size and preferences.
Q3: How Far in Advance Should a Client Book the Services?
A: We recommend booking our services at least 2 - 3 weeks in advance, especially for larger events or during peak seasons. However, we understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if our schedule allows. We require a minimum of two-weeks notice for events with over 100 guests or events requiring a personalized cocktail menu. Additionally, weddings need to be booked at least a month in advance in order for us to deliver the best customized experience.

A: We serve Tampa Bay Florida and surrounding areas. If you’re outside of these areas, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your event.

A: Yes, Spirited Socials, LLC (DBA Spirited Socials) is fully licensed and insured to provide mobile bartending services in the state of Florida. We also ensure compliance with all local and state regulations regarding the service of alcohol. Our bartenders all hold current TIPS and SERV-SAFE certifications, and receive continuous training in mixology.

A: Absolutely! We love working with clients to create custom drink menus that reflect the theme and vibe of their event. Whether you want classic cocktails, craft beverages, or non-alcoholic options, we’ve got you covered.
Q8: How Many Bartenders will a Client Need for Their Event?
A: The number of bartenders needed depends on the size of your event and the number of guests. As a general rule, we recommend one bartender for every 50-75 guests. We’ll help you determine the best staffing plan during our consultation.

A: Our setup includes everything needed for a full-service bar, including portable bar units, bar tools, glassware, mixers, garnishes, bar mats and coolers. We arrive early to ensure everything is ready to go before your event starts.

A: Yes, we offer a variety of non-alcoholic options, including mocktails, sodas, juices, and water. We can create a non-alcoholic drink menu tailored to your event and guests' preferences.

Q12: How Does a Client Secure a Booking with Spirited Socials?
A: To secure a booking, simply contact us through our website, via email at support@spirited-socials.com, or by phone at (813) 773-5766. We’ll discuss your event details, provide a quote, and once you’re ready, a signed contract and a 50% deposit will secure your date.
Q13: What If a Client Needs to Cancel or Reschedule Their Event?
A: We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy will be outlined in your contract, and we’re happy to discuss options if your event date changes.
Q14: Does Spirited Socials Provide Any Additional Services and/or Rentals?
A: Yes, in addition to bartending services, we offer rentals for glassware, mobile bar, and other bar-related accessories. We can also coordinate with other vendors to ensure a seamless event experience. We also offer menu creation services, as well as mobile bar consulting services.
Q15: How Does Spirited Socials Handle Guests Who Have Had Too Much to Drink?
A: Our bartenders are trained to monitor guests’ alcohol consumption and will politely refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated. We prioritize the safety of all guests and will work with event security or management, as needed.
